Singer and former X-Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos will stand trial today on a charge of supplying cocaine.
The N-Dubz star, who lives in Friern Barnet, denied supplying the class-A drug to an undercover reporter.
Her friend, Michael Coombes, 35, of Velocity Way, Enfield, pleaded guilty to supplying the drug when he appeared at Southwark Crown Court alongside the star today.
Judge Alistair McCreath said the rapper would be sentenced at the end of Tulisa’s trial. He was released on bail.
A jury is due to be sworn in later today, and the prosecution will open the trial on Tuesday.
