Two new sides will be challenging for GB7s honours when this year’s competition kicks-off at Saracens’ Allianz Park on Friday.
The British Army and an England IPF 7s team have been drafted into the three-round competition which will head to Edinburgh’s Meggetland and Parc Eirias in North Wales after this weekend’s opener.
Also taking part in the sevens competition are the Suzuki Wailers, Apache, Crawshays Welsh, Irish Exiles, Scottish Thistles and reigning champions Samurai.
The eight teams will be split in to two pools of four before progressing to a knockout-style phase.
