Jean Faulkner Sadly passed away on Sunday 24-08-2014 at The Willen Hospice aged 66 with her family by her side. She will be missed by her family and friends, especially son Ian and partner Sally, daughter Caroline and Partner Kevin, brothers and sister Colin, Malcolm, Derek, Valerie, Marilyn and her grandchildren Jade, Kieran, Ryan, Imogen and Finlay. The funeral was held on 8th September at Crownhill Crematorium in Milton Keynes.
