Newshound Marcus (Dyschmeister) has suggested there may be a vacancy for Leader of the Council. Whilst I like Marcus' confidence that I will be elected as the next MP for Finchley & Golders Green, it is a bit premature to advertise a vacancy yet. Anyway Glum Gordon isn't likely to wait 10 years to be PM only to call an election immediately; anyway........Leader of Barnet remains challenging and fulfilling.
