I, along with fellow local hack Tristan Kirk, am setting off on May 23 for a four-day London to Paris charity cycle ride.

Our primary aim is to get buttocks of steel, but there is the added motivation of raising money for The Educational Frontier Trust, a charity founded by Chief Superintendent Richard Walton, borough commander for Harrow, and five others to help marginalised communities in northern Kenya.

Please visit www.justgiving.co.uk/rebeccalowe81 if you would like to donate money to our cause.
