Aldenham Preparatory School offers day education for boys and girls from 3-11 where they can develop and thrive in a small, caring environment. Few schools can boast of such a long history as Aldenham. Founded in the 16th Century, the school has been educating children for over 400 years! However, this is a particularly stimulating time within that long history, as we are able to offer seamless continuity of education from the Foundation Stage (Nursery & Reception) to the Senior School.

The Preparatory School encompasses the Foundation Stage (3-4 years old), the Pre-Prep Department (4-7 years old) and the Prep Department (7-11 years old).

Entry into the Foundation Stage is in the term of the child’s third birthday and there are also spaces available in current Year One; Year Two September 2010.
