Three-time winner of UK Blues Harmonica Player of the year, Errol Linton and band The Blues Vibe play eclectic British blues, with a nod to Mr Linton’s Caribbean heritage.
He says: “People should bring their dancing shoes and look forward to some good music.”
Mr Linton, 42, who lives in Brixton, began playing in his late teens after a friend gave him a harmonica, and is completely self-taught.
He has toured Europe and visited Japan with his music and also busks regularly on the London Underground.
In 1991 he was the subject of a documentary on BBC television exploring blues heritage.
Errol Linton’s Blues Vibe will play at the New Edgware Royal British Legion, in Parnell Close, Edgware, on Sunday, November 16, from 7.30pm to 10.30pm.
Tickets cost £10 and are available by calling 07956 366449.
