What does peace mean to you?

Peace means different things to different people, but whatever it means to you, Watford Area Arts Forum, Watford Writers and Watford Live! would like you to express your interpretation of peace in words or in pictures.

In recognition of the centenary of World War One, these theme has been chosen for the Richard Harrington writing and art prize, which will form part of the Watford Live! 2014 Arts Festival.

The winner of each competition will receive a £50 cash prize and the Richard Harrington trophy, second prize is £30 and third is £20. The cash prizes have been generously donated by Richard Harrington MP.
