The East Finchley Community Festival returns to Cherry Tree Wood

Continuing in the festive spirit that was kick-started by the recent Jubilee celebrations, the 2012 East Finchley Community Festival promises to be an extravaganza of music, fun and stalls.

A parade will leave from Martin Primary School in Plane Tree Walk at 11.30 and arriving at Cherry Tree Wood to kick off the festival at noon.

There will be two stages on the field in the woods, both packed with local talent – on the Helen O’Toole Community Stage, local schools and dance groups will feature, with rock and pop acts and choirs on the main stage. Lining the field will be 80 stalls from local charities, community groups and local businesses.
