Potters Bar Crusaders U10s won the 2008 South East England Trophy at Camber Sands in Sussex.

Teams from all over the region competed in the tournament.

The Crusaders played some excellent football over the two days, scoring 29 goals, which helped them to the top of their group and into the final.

They won the final on a penalty shootout, keeper William Vooght pulling off some fine saves.

Graham Poll, the ex-Premiership referee, presented the team with their trophies and medals.

The team were also presented with the Sportsmanship Trophy for their attitude, fairness of play, politeness to officials and the behaviour of the boys, managers and parents.

This has been a fantastic season for the Crusaders, who also finished runners-up in the Rural Friendly League Super Division.
