Anthony Thomas has become the second Barnet striker to be shown the door at Underhill.

The 25-year-old has been released, joining Giuliano Grazioli in saying goodbye to the Bees.

Defender Sagi Burton has also left the club.

Thomas, like Burton, only joined in the summer and had a mixed season with Barnet.

He only scored a handful of goals and struggled to hold down a regular starting place, but he did come up with a couple of crackers, none better than the memorable strike at Dagenham & Redbridge, which literally broke the net.

Thomas joined the Bees from Hemel Hempstead after scoring 77 goals in one season for the Hertfordshire club. He also spent a spell on loan at Cambridge City this season.
