"You have done better than my lot," quipped Barnet manager Paul Fairclough to the club's ladies during their presentation night at Underhill over the weekend.
Fairclough, who steered the men to a top-half finish in League Two, was among the many to honour the ladies' successful 2007/8 season.
Barnet Ladies, who play their home games at Hanwell Town FC, finished third in the FA Women's Premier League Southern Division.
They also won the Middlesex County FA Women's Senior Cup.
Vicky Elcome was named player of the year, while Katie Holmes was the players' choice.
Kerry O'Connor was the reserves' player of the year, while the players selected Nina Welsman.
