A406 at Staples Corner partially blocked by crash

The A406 is partially blocked due to a crash involving a car and a lorry at Staples Corner.
One lane of the westbound carriageway at Junction 1 is closed.
The exit slip road is also partially blocked and has been reduced to one lane.
Currently, traffic is coping well.
