One-car crash causes 60 minute delays on M25 near Potters Bar

There are severe delays on the M25 following a crash near Potters Bar.
Two lanes are closed anticlockwise just before Junction 24 because of a crash involving one car.
There are queues back to Junction 25, Enfield, and travel time is more than an hour.
The crash happened at 12.45 and blocked the whole carriageway but one lane has now reopened.
Lanes two and three remain closed.
