Father and son from East Finchley and High Barnet in court over sex offence charges

A father and son facing 11 sex offence charges are due to appear in court today.
Wilson Tugwood, 64, of Helen Close, East Finchley, and John Tugwood, 46, of Mayhill Road, High Barnet, are charged with five counts of rape, four of indecent assault and two of gross indecency.
The pair will appear at Wood Green Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing.
They were previously released on bail following a preliminary hearing at Hendon Magistrates’ Court on July 27.
