Winter fair in Hampstead Garden Suburb this weekend

A winter fair will be held in aid of armed forces this weekend.
The event will take place at the Free Church Hall in Northway, Hampstead Garden Suburb, from 11am-3pm on Saturday, November 3.
There will be stalls selling everything from pearl jewellery to china, vintage clothes and children’s books as well as a tombola, homemade cakes, Christmas cards and refreshments.
Children are also encouraged to take part in a fancy dress competition and don their favourite hero or heroine outfits.
All cash raised at the event will go to Combat Stress, a charity which provides mental health care for war veterans.
The charity’s patron, Martin Bell, will officially open the fair. Mr Bell is a former MP, BBC war correspondent, journalist and author.
