Peter Torre made his 160th blood donation
A pensioner has celebrated his 71st birthday by giving blood for the 160th time.
Peter Torre of Rydal Close, Hendon, made his landmark donation at the Blood Donor Centre in Burnt Oak Broadway, Edgware on Friday.
Mr Torre first rolled up his sleeve to help others in March 1960 and is determined to reach 200 donations.
