Barnet Guides receive Jack Petchey Achievement Awards

Outstanding efforts from Barnet Girl Guides were recognised at a prizegiving ceremony on Wednesday.
The girls from the Barnet Guides were presented with Jack Petchey Achievement Awards at the ceremony at in the Arts Depot, North Finchley.
The event was organised to honour the 11 to 25-year-olds who each received medallions, framed certificates and cheques for £200.
The money will go towards activities for the Guides.
Nine adults were also recognised with Leader Awards for the way they have motivated young people.
