Barnet Borough Council launched consultation on future of Chipping Barnet

A consultation on shaping the future development of Chipping Barnet has been launched.

Barnet Borough Council is giving people until Tuesday March 19 to comment on the Chipping Barnet town centre strategy.

The strategy focuses on improving the mix of residential, leisure and community space in the area, public transport, pedestrian and cycle connections, the quality of buildings and creating a safer environment.

Once agreed the strategy will be taken into consideration when determining future planning applications within the town centre.
