A children’s hospice is encouraging people to dress-up as their favourite superhero and raise money for its services in Barnet.
Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice in Victors Way is looking for volunteers to take part in Superhero Friday on May 3 as part of Children’s Hospice Week – the UK’s only fundraising week for children with life-limiting illnesses.
The hospice is calling on businesses, schools, community groups and organisations to don their superhero outfits and raise as much cash as possible for the charity.
People can also get involved by donating an hour of their wages or volunteering their services for an hour.
