Noah’s Ark Hospice, in High Barnet, needs businesses and organisations in the borough to sign up to Superhero Friday on May 3
A charity is looking for businesspeople to throw off their suits and don something a little more superpowered to raise money for terminally ill children this spring.
Noah’s Ark Hospice, in High Barnet, needs businesses and organisations in the borough to sign up to Superhero Friday on May 3 – when staff can go to work dressed as their favourite superhero.
The good-humoured fundraiser is the final event in the national Children’s Hospice Week, taking place between April 26 and May 3.
The hospice provides care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and all of the cash raised will go towards paying for the services.
Participants this year can be sponsored for wearing fancy dress to work, donate one hour of their wages, or take part in street collections dressed as their favourite superhero.
