A team of tennis players will swap their racquets for hiking sticks when they take on Ben Nevis to raise money for charity.
Martin Dawson, Nick Madejczyk, David Tomlinson and Paul Tomlinson, all committee members at the Barnet Lawn Tennis Club, are hoping to complete the Alzheimer’s Society Ben Nevis midnight challenge.
The group will set off from Euston at 10.30am on Saturday, aiming to scale the Scottish mountain and be back in London late on Sunday.
The four climbers have raised more than £1,800 in sponsorship so far.
The chairs trek is the third fundraiser organised at the club for The Alzheimer's Society following a quiz night and bucket collection which raised almost £1,000 combined.
