A non-league football club in Potters Bar is holding a second annual beer festival to raise money to fund its “growing ambition”.
Supported by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), Potters Bar Town FC is hosting the summer fun day packed with a hog roast, bouncy castle, Pimms tent and, of course, one or two beers.
A total of 18 ales and six ciders from various award-winning micro-breweries will be on offer at the fundraiser on Saturday, July 27, from midday onwards.
Hundreds of people are expected to pack out the Pakex Stadium, in Watkins Rise, and organisers are hoping to make it as successful as possible.
Entry costs £3 but is free for CAMRA members.
