Grow a beard to support Noah's Ark Children's Hospice in High Barnet
A children’s hospice is looking for willing men to grow their beards for a month for its new fundraising campaign.
Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, based in High Barnet, is organising the Groah Noah campaign to raise money for its services across north London.
Willing volunteers can get involved by registering with the charity and letting their facial follicles sprout freely for 30 days in exchange for sponsorship from friends, family and colleagues.
The campaign forms part of the national Hospice Care Week, aimed at highlighting the growing need for hospice care across the country.
As well as the sponsored beards, the charity is hosting a number of bag packing and bucket collections at supermarket’s across north London.
For more information and to register, visit the charity’s website here.
