Barnet Council consultation will help create new equality policy
2:02pm Friday 11th October 2013 in News
Barnet Council wants to hear the views of the public on how well it provides services to different sections of the community.
The authority is holding a consultation into the way it works with other organisations in areas including health, education and the police.
Views expressed in the consultation will help the council draw up a new draft equalities policy.
Council leader Richard Cornelius said the aim is to “deliver services that benefit all residents fairly”.
