Suspect in Potters Bar industrial estate inferno bailed for fourth time
A man arrested three months ago in connection with a fire that destroyed a Potters Bar industrial estate has been bailed for a fourth time.
Police are still awaiting advice from the Crown Prosecution Service over whether they can charge the 68-year-old over the blaze, which destroyed several businesses at the White House industrial estate, in Dancers Hill Road.
A representative of Hertfordshire Constabulary said it was “not unusual” for police forces to consult the CPS in this way and over this period of time.
The suspect answered bail for the third time on Saturday but was bailed again until November 30.
