Recycle your Christmas trees in Potters Bar

Real Christmas trees can be recycled at a series of shredding pit stops after the festive season.

People can take their trees to Oakmere car park, High Street, Potters Bar on Saturday, January 4 between 11am and 2pm.

Householders are reminded they cannot put Christmas cards in their blue box or brown bin - but they can be taken to Marks and Spencer, Morrisons or Sainsburys throughout January.

They can also be taken to the recycling point in Furzefield car park, Mutton Lane, Potters Bar.
