An estate agents transformed its office into a festive grotto with tinsel and snow to raise money for charity.
Santa handed out presents and balloons to children at Adam Hayes’ grotto in Ballards Lane, North Finchley, on Saturday.
Just under £250 was donated in aid of Crisis, a charity that helps homeless people.
Director of the company, Yasser Elkaffass, said: “It was a fantastic success and had people queuing outside our office and braving the wind and rain to see Santa.
“Everyone seemed to have a really good time and more importantly it was for a good cause and we collected a good amount for Crisis from people’s kind donations.
“We look forward to doing it again next year.”
