Most people are used to watching football games from the sidelines - but one lucky schoolboy was given the chance to lead his team onto the pitch at a cup derby.
Louis Miller, from Arkley, wore his kit alongside members of the Arsenal team at last Saturday’s match against Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates stadium.
Louis, a member of Arsenal’s junior supporters club, the Junior Gunners walked the team out onto pitch for kick-off.
He met his heros, including winger Theo Walcott, who said: “It was great to meet Louis ahead of our game with Spurs. He was really excited and such a passionate young supporter, it was good to see.”
Louis said: “It was brilliant to have been chosen to be the mascot and to walk the team out onto the pitch, especially for a north London derby.
“I got to meet loads of players, it was really exciting.”
