People can learn more about the African pilots who volunteered for the RAF during the Second World War at an exhibition today.
The Royal Air Force Museum, in Grahame Park Way, Hendon, is holding an exhibition entitled ‘Pilots of the Caribbean - Volunteer of African Heritage in the RAF’.
It will celebrate their vital contribution in defending Britain and celebrate ways the RAF continues to celebrate diversity and other cultures.
The free event will run from 10am to 6pm.
