A group of protesters gathered outside the constituency offices of two local MPs to lobby against a proposed Parliamentary bill.
Almost 30 people demonstrated outside the offices of Conservative politicians Mike Freer and Theresa Villiers on Friday and Saturday to protest against the Lobbying Bill.
Under the government proposals, labelled the gagging bill by opponents, non-political figures would be banned from lobbying politicians for or against major issues.
Opponents believe the changes would have a debilitating effect on grass-roots campaigners and their ability to promote their cause.
The small demonstration in Barnet was organised by anti-bill campaigners 38 Degrees.
Mr Freer said he would be reserving judgement on the bill until he sees the final version when it comes back to the Commons, and when he has heard what ministers have to say.
