Children cheered and clapped when a paralympic judo medalist visited a school to tell them how he had achieved his ambitions.
Retired judo star Ian Rose, who competed in five Paralympic Games and won a bronze and silver medal, visited Woodcroft Primary School, in Goldbeaters Grove, Burnt Oak.
Classrooms were abuzz with excitement as Mr Rose told them to follow their dreams of becoming sporting stars.
