Three musicians will take part in a concert to help raise money for children with cerebral palsy.
Cellist Gemma Rosefield, violinist Benjamin Nabarro and pianist Tim Horton will support the Bobath Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy in East End Road, East Finchley.
Known as the Leonore Piano Trio, the event will be held at the Wigmore Hall, in central London, as part of the Jacqueline du Pre Charity Concert.
Ms Rosefield, who has visited the Bobath Centre and is keen to support the charity, said: “I see a similarity between what I do as a musician and a Bobath therapist treating a child.
“We are both highly trained and aspire to excellence, but each performance, like each child presents a unique opportunity.
“We both have to come fresh to the experience in order to connect and communicate.”
HRH The Duchess of Gloucester will be the guest of honour at the concert, and proceeds will be donated to the Bobath Centre.
