Teenagers will learn about the true meaning of love at a Valentine-themed event in next week.
Volunteering network Team v Inspired will hold a session at East Finchley Library, in High Road to help people identify unhealthy and abusive relationships.
Participants will be asked to write a photo, quote, poem, or story about what love means to them, and all entries will be combined into a book.
Organiser Ashleigh Lamming said: “It’s important to raise awareness about this as 81 per cent of teenagers in abusive relationships don’t access support.
“This event is about showing them what a relationships should be about and where to get help.”
It will be held on Saturday, February 15 from 9.30am to 5.30pm. For more information, e-mail ashleigh.lamming@vinspired.com.
