Children at a High Barnet primary school are “over the moon” with their new adventure playground.
Stepping stones, monkey bars and a scramble net were among the equipment installed at Underhill Infant School, in Mays Lane, which was unveiled the pupils earlier this month.
Headteacher Elizabeth Moore described the new equipment as "exciting" and said she hopes it will encourage the physical development of her pupils, who are aged seven and under.
She said: “The children are over the moon. Hopefully it will aid the development of the children’s problem solving skills, as well as promoting turn-taking and aiding social development.”
