A man from Cricklewood is due to make a plea after being charged in connection with the murder of a young mother.

Nursery worker Sabrina Moss, who grew up in Grahame Park, was shot while celebrating her 24th birthday in Kilburn last August.

Others at the scene also sustained gunshot wounds, including Ms Moss’ friend Sabrina Gachette.

Simon Baptiste, 29, of Rondu Road, Cricklewood, has been charged with conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Central Criminal Court for a plea and case management hearing on March 10.

Yassin James, 19, of Chaplain Road, Wembley, is also due to appear on the same day after being charged with Ms Moss’s murder, the attempted murder of her friend Ms Gachette, a further two counts of attempted murder and two counts of possession of a firearm.

Martell Ricco Warren, 22, of Station Road, has also been charged with the murder of Ms Moss and the attempted murder of Ms Gachette, two counts of attempted murder and two counts of possession of a firearm.

He has been remanded in custody to appear for trial on June 2, 2014.

Three more men and one woman have also been bailed to appear in court in connection with the murder.
