Traffic speeding along residential short cuts causes misery for the occupants of many streets across north London.
Now the Times and Independent Series is on the hunt for the worst rat-runs across our boroughs.
If you think you might live down one of Barnet, Enfield, Harrow, Haringey or Borehamwood’s most blighted thoroughfares, we want to hear from you.
Whether it’s commuters trying to shave a couple of minutes off their route to work, lorries squeezing down narrow roads, or an influx of parents on the school run – tell us why your street deserves the crown.
We want to name the worst rat runs in the borough and see what the council is doing to make them safer.
To put your street forward, send an email titled ‘Worst Rat Run’ to michael.pickard@london.newsquest.co.uk, with a brief explanation of the issues in your road and your contact details.
