Middlesex University has been shortlisted for two higher education awards for its student services and library.
The university’s new student helpdesk service has been recognised in the outstanding student services team category of this year’s Times Higher Education Leadership and Management Awards, and its Hendon based Sheppard Library has been nominated for the Outstanding Library Team award.
The annual awards celebrate the higher education sector’s leadership, management, financial and business skills.
Pro vice-chancellor and director of library and student support at Middlesex University, Nick Bevan, said: “This is fantastic news for the staff who have worked so hard to embed these new initiatives at Middlesex, and the students who have benefited from the services.”
The winners will be announced at a special ceremony on Tuesday June 17 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in central London.
