A group of insurance workers will take part in World Cup themed fitness games to raise money for the British Heart Foundation today.
Staff at Canada Life will be put through their paces by the Furzefield Centre's fitness team in Potters Bar to try to raise hundreds of pounds for the charity.
They will take part in a variety of football games including shooting a ball through a hoop.
Visitors will be able to join in the excitement at the Furzefield Centre, where the reception area will be decorated for the occasion and Brazilian samba music will be blasting out.
