A teenager with severe learning difficulties has gone missing.

Asher Sekenofsky, of Glengall Road, Edgware, left his home at 7.30pm on Friday, July 11 but has not been seen since.

The 15-year-old’s disappearance is being treated as high risk by the Metropolitan Police and the Shomrim (Jewish police service) due to his difficulties.

Hundreds of volunteers from the community have been searching across the borough for Asher since Saturday night, and Shomrim has set up a 24-hour control room.

The teenager was last seen in the Denmark Road area of Camden on Saturday and could have made his way to the British Summer Time event in Hyde Park yesterday.

He is described as white, approximately 5ft 7ins tall with broad shoulders, a slim build and curly brown hair.

It is out of character for Asher to be out overnight and his family and officers are concerned for his safety and welfare.

Anyone who has seen Asher or who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call police in Barnet on 101.
