Children whose brothers and sisters receive help from a hospice were treated to an activity weekend to help them make new friends.
Construction firm Skanska Balfour Beatty donated £3,100 to the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, in Victor Way, Barnet, for its siblings’ activity weekend.
The 22 boys and girls left for the PGL Adventure Holiday Centre on Friday, where they took part in a range of activities including rafting and kayaking.
Staff and volunteers from the hospice were joined by Andy Graham, community relations manager at Skanska Balfour Beatty, to wave goodbye to the children at the start of their trip.
