An MP went away "inspired" by a visit to a care centre.
Mike Freer, MP for Finchley and Golders Green, visited Jewish Care’s campus in Golders Green Road, Golders Green yesterday.
He took questions from people at the Sobell Day Centre, before joining people living at Selig Court for tea and honey cake. He also visited Rela Goldhill Lodge, a care home for people with disabilities.
Mr Freer said: “It was great to come in and wish residents a Shana Tova (happy new year). Any time I visit Jewish Care I go away inspired and amazed by how much good work goes for and by residents.”
