Footballers raised thousands of pounds for a cancer charity during a match in memory of two friends.
Andy Vincent, of Crispin Road, Edgware, organised the event to honour his father, Les Vincent, who died aged 52, and his friend Steven Cheesewright, who was 30 when he passed away in 2011.
People visited Silver Jubilee Park, in Kingsbury, where Hendon FC and Bullgate FC played a friendly game against each other.
Those who attended donated cash to Cancer Research UK, and although the money raised is still being tallied up, Mr Vincent says this is over £1,000.
He added: “Thanks to everyone who attended and helped make it a success.”
