Winter workshop to take place
Elderly people can get advice on staying warm and healthy this winter at a charity workshop.
Age UK Barnet is holding the session tomorrow at St John’s Parish Centre, in Friern Barnet Road.
Staff members will be on hand to give advice and guidance on keeping warm, winter recipes and avoiding falls.
The workshop will run from 11am to 2pm, with lunch provided.
