Multivehicle crash on A1
A driver was trapped in their vehicle after a multi-vehicle crash on the A1.
The A1 Barnet by-pass southbound is closed after three cars, two lorries and a van crashed between Stirling Corner and Apex Corner, in Mill Hill.
London Fire Brigade was called to the scene at 1.34pm, where they released one injured person trapped in a vehicle, who was then rushed to hospital.
A total of six people were involved.
London Ambulance Service treated three people for minor injuries, who were taken to Barnet hospital.
The road remains closed at Stirling Corner.
