Here's your guide to some of the best things to do in the week ahead:

 

  • RAF Museum Half Term Activities

Times Series:

The museum will be running a series of free, interactive story workshops that explore the amazing life and achievements of Sir Alan Cobham, from October 25 to 28, as well as the ever popular First World War Airfix Make and Takes, in which visitors can make their own 1:72 scale Albatros or Sopwith Pup aircraft, from October 25 to 31. It will also be hosting Big Draw Week, which will explore the historic importance of the museum’s London site, from October 27 to 31.

  • Scooby Doo

Times Series: Win Family Tickets To Legoland  Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?

The cowardly TV favourite will be visiting Brent Cross for the latest in the shopping centre’s popular series of character visits.

  • The Man Jesus

Times Series:

An extraordinary play starring Simon Callow that looks back 2,000 years to witness key moments in the life of ‘the man Jesus’ through the eyes of the people who knew him.The actor performs in this fresh and moving account of biblical stories including the rising of Lazarus, the wedding at Cana, and the journey to Jerusalem. Part of a strictly limited UK tour.

  • Truly Andrews

Times Series:

This one-woman show, starring Aimi Percival and her live band of musicians, will take you on a musical journey looking at the career highlights of much-loved actress and icon Julie Andrews. Full of popular songs from her classic films, including The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, The King and I and My Fair Lady, young and old alike will be sure to be singing along.

  • Celebrate Diwali

Times Series:

A family friendly event to celebrate the biggest and brightest of all Hindu festivals. Come along and decorate divas, make New Year cards and create rangoli patterns.
