Niamh, Mr Bumble and Jack
Foster children got the chance to watch Barnet FC play and meet the club’s mascot, Mr Bumble.
Children in care and their foster families were hosted by the club’s trust last Saturday as Barnet beat AFC Telford 3-1.
Jack, aged eight, said: “I was really excited as I’d never been to a proper football match before. It was good to see Barnet win too.”
The event, organised by Barnet Borough Council’s fostering service, aimed to promote fostering in the borough.
