A firearms amnesty which has seen more than 180 guns and two crossbows handed in ends today.
Firearms including pistols, rifles and shotguns have been surrendered as part of the Hertfordshire-wide amnesty, which started on November 10.
Recent changes to firearms laws, which came into force in July, could mean that some gun owners may unknowingly be in possession of an illegal weapon.
People are encouraged to surrender any firearms in their possession to the police, without fear of prosecution.
To surrender a firearm, contact the police on 01707 806126 or email BedsandHertsFLU@herts.pnn.police.uk
