Young athletes can apply for grants of up to £1,250.
A total of 89 sportsmen and women from Barnet were supported by the programme last year, which is provided by the GLL Sport Foundation and the SportsAid charity.
These included 22-year-old James-Andrew Davis, who became the first Great Britain fencer to be crowned the 2014 European Foil Champion.
To be eligible for a grant, athletes must live or be educated in Barnet. People can also be eligible if their sports club has a training base at a GLL venue.
The deadline to apply is February 20.
