Four fire engines were called out to tackle a flat fire on an estate.
A total of 20 firefighters and officers attended the blaze on the Grahame Park Estate in Colindale in the early hours of Sunday morning.
No one was injured in the fire, which damaged half of a three-room flat.
London Fire Brigade was called at 12.15am and the incident was under control at 1.42am.
Firefighters from Mill Hill, Hendon and Stanmore fire stations attended .
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
